Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh figs, stemmed and small diced
- 2 blood oranges, juiced
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 tablespoon brown mustard seeds
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil,
then lower heat to a light simmer. - Simmer for 12-15 minutes, until figs are soft.
- Chill and serve with your favorite charcuterie.
