Ingredients
- 1 bunch radishes, ends trimmed and radishes halved
- 1 stick salted butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 bay leave
- 1 tablespoon salt
- Optional garnish: chopped dill, Italian parsley, chives

Instructions:
- In a small pot, add water, butter, a bay leave, and salt. Heat on medium high until butter is completely melted.
- Turn heat to medium low and add radishes.
- Continue to cook until radishes are just barely fork tender. You are looking for an “al dente” finish, meaning the vegetable should still have some “snap” to it.
- Serve immediately.
