Ingredients
- 3 slices sourdough bread, sliced thick and toasted
- 12 ounces unsalted butter, softened and cubed
- ¾ cup black garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons salt
- Optional toppings: microgreens, chopped scallion
Instructions
- Add butter, black garlic, chives, and salt to a food processor. Blend until mixture is thoroughly combined.
- Spread a generous layer on toasted sourdough. Serve immediately.
