Baresane, Cerignola, Castelvetrano, Gaeta, and Kalamate olives. These olives offer a sample of Olives across flavor profiles and regions of Italy. preserved immediately after harvest, they are as fresh as olives can get. Great for an appetizer or in salads.
Occasionally other olives will be used as crop shortages occur, but
will always include 5 varieties of Italian Olives.
