Humble Bee Honey is a husband and wife team located outside of Pleasant Hill Oregon. Their apiary began as a hobby and has turned into a passion for bees and honey, producing single-origin honey in the southern Willamette Valley. Erica and Ronnie manage every step of honey production from checking the hives weekly for their health, and promoting queen rearing with high hive hygienics so the bees can care for themselves; ensuring the bees are away from commercial agriculture to avoid pesticides and sprays; only using organic acids and essential oils to treat hives. The duo has over 1,100 hives and they the manage production and packaging every drop of honey.
