  • 2 bunches baby rainbow carrots, ends trimmed
  • 6 springs thyme
  • 16oz salted butter
  • 16oz water
  • 1 tsp fleur de sel
  • 1oz microgreens or your favorite chopped fresh herb

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, bring water and butter to a rolling boil.
  2. Add baby rainbow carrots and thyme. Simmer for 5-7 minutes or until carrots are fork tender.
  3. Strain carrots and serve immediately, garnished with fleur de sel and microgreens.
